Why did the chicken cross the road? To get some Halloween candy, of course! It was Riley's first trick-or-treat experience and he did great! His "trick-or-treat" sounded more like tree-tree but whatever! He was a little shy when we actually got to the front doors but he was really good at the buh-byes.

Riley held his pumpkin and stuck it out at the appropriate time. Then promptly said buh-bye, turned around, handed the pumpkin to Cody or me and reached up to be carried to the next house.

I wasn't quite sure how Riley was going to do with the costume but he was awesome -- didn't try to take it off at all! And once he figured out he was getting candy at each house, he was all about trick-or-treating. I'm thinking our little man is going to have a sweet tooth like his mommy :)

Love that costume! He's so cute! Hayden says "trih-treat" no matter how many times I try to get him to add the "or"!
