Sullivan Cole Rasmussen was born on Wednesday, 20 Jan 10 at 3:33PM...he decided to show up exactly two weeks before his due date and just one day before his older brother's birthday. He weighed 7 lbs 13 ounces and was 20.3 inches long. Here's Sully just minutes old...
And after being poked and prodded he calmed down and has been pretty chill ever since!
Just four hours old, right before his first bath...
Needless to say, he really didn't like being cold and wet!
But once he was dressed and swaddled, he slept like a champ!
Sully was so chill, he slept while Daddy played his video games...
He definitely loves to snuggle!
And so far loves to sleep (although I'm sure that will be short lived)!
Mommy, Daddy and Sully right before we were discharged from the hospital today...
And we are finally home!
Tomorrow is a big day for everyone...we are celebrating Riley's 3rd birthday with family and friends and Sully gets to meet everyone, including his older brother, for the very first time. Stay tuned because there is plenty more of little Sully to come!

Congrats to the whole family! Happy Birthday, Riley. What a great way to celebrate your birthday--as a new big brother! So happy to see you doing well and see that adorable little man. He's so sweet and these pics are making me all weepy remembering bringing Ben home. Such a wonderful, special time!

Hey Kate. I tried calling you, but I guess you were busy having a kid/ha.!! Dad gave me the "Kate is in labor" news a little late. Sully was already born. That's Paps for ya. He is soooo excited, he can't wait to see you and the baby!! I guess I will have to make a trip soon.
