Children's Museum

Since it was freezing out this weekend, we had to stick to indoor activities with Riley. So after exhausting the mall, our basement, and McDonald's, we headed to the Boonshoft Children's Museum. Riley spent a majority of the time getting soaked at the water table!
He did take a little break to go down the slide...and then it was back to the water table.

And he checked out the treehouse and found out all of the cool stuff that lives in trees. There were some binoculars that you could look through and try to find animals in the forest behind the museum -- Riley didn't quite get the concept and kept looking through the wrong end.

Just a few minutes before closing, we took a quick stroll through Wild Ohio...Riley liked the otters the best -- they were very playful!

"Bye bye kitty!" is what Riley kept saying to the bobcat on our way out.

It was a fun and quick trip to the museum...we had to wake Riley up from his nap in order to make it there at least an hour before closing! But we were able to check out Riley's favorite spots in just enough time.
